How long do I have to complete the course?
Once you start your course, you can take as much time as you need to complete it. But you’ll want to get to the end relatively quickly so you can start helping your school be safer!
Can I take the course more than once?
You will have access to your completed course work for one year and can refer back to your course anytime during that year. Plus you can always reach out to us for assistance and questions!
Do I need to purchase your software to take the course?
No, our TOTALITY platform is not required for your use during or after the course. Keep in mind, however that both the course work and platform are based on our Emergency Planning Management program.
How do I retrieve my password?
If you lose your password, simply request a new one and the system will generate one for you.
