Mike Johnson
CEO, Co-Founder
After a lengthy diplomatic
security and law enforcement career within the U.S. Government, Mike entered the private sector in 2010 as an executive with a global risk consulting company. He is a lead trainer and facilitator for several non-profit education organizations and has provided safety, security and campus resiliency training to hundreds of school and business leaders around the world. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Winterfest Inc., the Board of Directors for the Empower Youth Fund and on the Advisory Board for the National Association of School and Campus Police Chiefs. Mike co-founded Clearpath EPM in 2014.
Bruce Mills
Co-Founder, Board Member
Since retiring from the U.S. Government in 2009, where he held significant leadership positions within the Diplomatic Security Service (the law enforcement and security arm of the U.S. State Department), Bruce has held a variety of additional leadership roles within the global corporate security sector. He has extensive experience in safety, security and emergency preparedness and was an original co-founder of Clearpath EPM in 2014. Bruce currently serves as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) of Hyatt, a leading international hospitality corporation with over 130,000 associates and nearly 1,200 hotels and resorts in 70 countries across six continents.
Greg Gould
CTO
Greg develops, manages and evaluates software applications and database solutions for us and each of our clients. Greg regularly advises our clients on technology products, services and solutions to support project needs, investment decisions and business development. Greg has held positions within the software development, data analysis and commercial research industries for more than ten years. As an application developer and senior analyst, Greg has and continues to manage and develop multiple products, applications and database solutions across a wide range of industries.
Tye K. Fussell
CMO, Board Member
Tye has been an essential contributor to the Clearpath team of brands since its inception in 2011 when he helped us create our brand identity including our name and logo. He also designed the brands’ award winning websites and marketing materials and continues to lead Clearpath EPM’s product designs (mobile and desktop apps, online courses) ad campaigns, social media marketing and collateral materials. Tye is also the founder and Creative Director for ADLAB, LLC in Austin, TX where he leads marketing efforts for a variety of national and global clients. Tye’s work has won an array of awards and has positively affected people all over the world.
Vince Lindenmeyer
CSO, Board Member
Vince Lindenmeyer, Ph.D., is a strategist, serial entrepreneur, and sacred activist. He served a 26-year career as an Airborne Ranger in the infantry, logistics, and strategist career fields while serving stateside and overseas in Korea, Egypt, Qatar, and Iraq, earning the Bronze Star Medal. As an entrepreneur and consultant, Dr. Vince Lindenmeyer advises and assists minorities, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities to create economic growth for equality and justice. Teaching face-to-face and distance learning over the past 19-years, Dr. Lindenmeyer has a passion for increasing engagement through new methodologies and educational technologies. Vince earned a BS in Systems Engineering (West Point, United States Military Academy), an MS, an M.Ed., a MA in Strategic Studies, and a Ph.D. in Education. As a collaborative leader, Vince believes “Strategy without creativity is defeated, while Strategy with Creativity is victorious.”
Cynthia Davis
Board Member
During her career spanning more than 30 years, Cynthia reached the highest echelons of leadership in some of the most highly respected organizations including General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Bausch & Lomb. Along the way, she led, lived through and experienced the many highs and lows of corporate existence, from massive growth, to mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring and divestitures. Today, Cynthia has co-created one of the most unconventional and successful consulting, training and business advisory firms out there, Radiant Blue, LLC. As a highly sought-after Executive Advisor, Cynthia’s work with entrepreneurs and business leaders has been extraordinary and revolutionary in terms of navigating the challenges of business growth, personal and business transitions, cultural change and transformation and readying their teams for mission success.
